Punctual. Polite. Knowledgeable. Got stuck straight in and sorted the issue. Managed to explain the issue & solution using 'normal' (non-technical) language that that a technophobe like myself could understand. Also sorted a couple of other computer issues whilst there.He was upfront, honest and very good value for the money. Some tradesmen have charged me both a call out fee and an houry rate for the same visit / job ... but not this guy!
