Williams Manchester BMW

I had my 3 series serviced on 24/11/23 , paid £346.42. This service was the cars 1st service from new and is nothing more than an oil change.It did say on the invoice that the battery in the key fob had been changed £7.70 for new battery.8 days later the warning message on dash saying change battery in key fob appeared.I initially thought that it was a dud battery that had been installed, however when I removed the key case from the key I could see it was full off dust and the battery had not been replaced.Made me loose confidence in Williams BMW . did the oil and oil filter even get changed. If they can cut corners on a simple thing like a battery in a key fob.(Edited ) I noted that all bad reviews are answered with a standard response, of contact Williams via email. While any more positive reviews are acknowledged personally. Just another indication that Williams don’t care.I did contact Williams via Email and I am still waiting for a response.

I recently bought a BMW from Williams Manchester after having a few negative experiences with other garages. I was looked after by Corey James who was so great to deal with that I was willing to travel from Newcastle. The whole experience was a breeze. Corey was so patient and knowledgeable and his dedication to customer service is truly excellent. I would thoroughly recommend Williams and Corey to anyone who’s looking for quality customer service and a 5* experience. Thank you!

Good buying experience. Awful service experience. Vehicle returned multiple times with warning lights immediately after servicing. Inconsistent messaging, poor communication. Have sent emails and left voice messages. No one replies. Have sent emails to 'enquiry@' as suggested on other reviews - these have just been ignored. Won't be using them again for servicing and won't be buying my next BMW from the Williams group.

I recently purchased an m240i from Williams Manchester I must say it was a pleasure to to business with this show room especially the top sales man I dealt with Nathan he made the whole experience a pleasure and seemed to go that bit further than anyone else I’ve dealt with I’ve dealt with Williams many times Stockport dealer my first time at Trafford Center dealership I wouldn’t be surprised if Nathan isn’t manager on my next purchase thank again Nathan really enjoyed dealing with you

Came in to have a look at a 1 series, unfortunately it was no longer available. But the gentleman who was helping was able to provide us with alternatives searching nationwide. His name was Yahya. We ended up going for one even better than the one we came for. He was a great individual. Helpful, polite, answered all our questions, And even when we came to pick up the car, he did not rush at all and made sure we were all set and comfortable before we left the showroom.
