5 Star Hand Car Wash

Full valet in and outside of car on a Prius Hybrid. They soaked the seats and got water in the battery pack. Now has a battery fault and simply won’t dry out. They charged £70 and have damaged the car systems. They would not accept that they caused any issues. We have been trying to dry it out for the last day and a half. It looks like we may need to go to Toyota services to get it fixed. Really disappointed with the service. Total lack of common sense. It looks like they splashed lots of water around the boot area underneath which the batteries are housed.

Took my car for washing there and I am still regretting it. First of all, I chose one washing pack and I was planning to leave a tip. Ended up paying more money of what I agreed to. All that because the owner of the business decided to overcharge without warning me first as he said that my car needed extra cleaning before seeing my car. He never asked me before hand if I agree to pay extra .The staff who actually saw my car, when I mentioned what type of washing I wanted to he didn't say anything different and he agreed to what I asked. While they where washing my car they kept the engine on and radio in my car really loud. At the same time 1 staff member was smoking inside my car while cleaning. Shoking.They left my car with grease everywhere which I had to wipe off afterwards by myself and plus I realised they damaged my radio as one button of my radio was missing.

Arrived No cars waiting No cars being done Empty, Drove in owner was on the phone. Told me to wait a minute Waited few minutes Still on the phone Drove off no valetIf you want to run a business your customer is first put the phone down and give the 5star service you call yourself What a CLOWN

Been bringing car here the past few years.. and I’ve really noticed the quality of the wash and dry is poor. The guy who jets the cars off today was poor, goes around it once with still soap on vehicle, past jet washer would go twice how it should be done like if it was your own. Also the young kid who drys off the car needs to slow down and treat my car with care and others no doubt. Drops the water removal rubber on my bonnet, and rushing around car drying and leaving dirty area and non wanted marks. It’s left me to either speak personal to the owner and have my car done by who I am happy with or I’m left to go elsewhere.Hope this review is read and they make instant changes with staffs quality and control. As I’ve always left decent tips in the past but none recent due to these fair concerns.

Really fast, friendly service. Came in off the street with no prior booking and had the car cleaned inside and out including wheels for £10.

One of the plugs off my dials for my music system disappeared, however, I had it when I took my car there. I had it priced and it is £82.00. Turns out without the plugs you are unable to get the music system out of the cars. 4.00 increase in a car wash which will now cost me £100.00

Had a £15.00 car wash , but I am reluctant to go back as my inside front windscreen inside was not cleaned and also back inside. soap was still coming from wing mirrors leaving dry soap marks along doors so I had to use a cloth to clean away. It doesn't matter if you are busy or not, you pay for a job to be done you expect it to be done. Sorry boys I won't be back ...

Disgusting do not trust your car with them unless you dont mind scratches and water damage a whole bucket water thrown through a car window by an imbecile that worked there while the other was asking what wash was required

Reasonably priced.Downgraded from 5 to 3.Recently started to slack on minor details like cleaning side mirrors even after bringing it to attention. I appreciate they are v busy but that's no excuse for shoddy work
