Very bad experience. We are very disappointed by the management... poor communication and on top of everything they lost our daughter birth certificate and racism!

We have had a great experience in Ladybirds, the baby room, at Co-op childcare. The staff are very kind and sensible and we feel happy dropping our daughter off each day knowing she will be well looked after. The menus are great, with lots of variety- she always seems to eat well when she’s there.
