The best dry cleaners in Wimbledon. Always very friendly and professional - have tried others but nobody returns our clothes in a better state. They are also very helpful and understanding if you misplace your ticket, very solutions oriented!

I have just had my kids school blazers dry cleaned at KINGSMIR and I am astounded by the results. The trims on the blazers look white again and the blazers now look brand new! Thank you, I will not be going anywhere else for my dry cleaning. Also very friendly and welcoming staff.

My favourite dry cleaner in London! Amazing and friendly customer service. They even managed to remove large rubber marks (from underground train doors) from a white linen suit! Highly recommended!

Did an amazing job on both coats I took in. One had been stored under my stairs and gotten damp and I wasn’t sure if it was salvageable but they got it looking like new! Very reasonably priced also, would highly recommend.

I won’t be using Kingsmir Dry Cleaning’s service again. I paid over £130 for my dry cleaning and asked if they could provide free delivery, as the staff person mentioned free delivery is available for orders over £45. However, I was told that they couldn’t offer delivery to me because I had already paid for the items. Additionally, I inquired a few days before if I could take one of the items early, and I was told that it was okay. But when I arrived at the shop, I was informed that I needed to take all the items at once.

The dry cleaning quality is fine, but the customer service is zero. The main guy working there is creepy, never friendly or polite. They offer free delivery, but when you ask for it, they always make a huge fuss. Don’t offer this service; otherwise, you’re promoting false advertising. Horrible customer service.
