Kims Glamorous Nails

I wasn't happy with the pedicure. Left and went elsewhere to get a pedicure done.

Kim's Glamorous Nails is the most enjoyable place for Manicure and Pedicure. Their prices are very fair .I have been going there for the last 3 years and they always do an amazing job .very professional and very friendly I feel so lucky to have Kims in the neighbourhood

I went there recently and they done my nails in a terrible way. The colour I chose from the sample looked completely different on my nail, not mentioning the quality of how the nail polish was applied on my nail. I complained about the colour, because I didn't like it at all and also about the quality of the work they did. They were quite defensive and first tried to deny there was any issue with them. Then tried to fool me with an explanation why it looked like that. I asked them to remove because neither the colour nor the quality/appearance of my nails were acceptable. They hardly wanted to do it. In the end someone else in the salon fixed my nails and then I ended up paying £25 for the terrible service. I have nail extensions for 3 years now and never received more terrible service. Absolutely bad, rude customer service and bad quality of work. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND it to anyone. Stay away from them!!!!

Kim's is good...obviously the reason I can never get seen is because they're so popular and its clear to see they have a solid fan base. My nails were done quickly and carefully at a great price. If you're new there and looking for anyone to have a chat don't be offended because they will only ask you about your nails and then that's it-their about their work and they get it done...well!

Two weeks ago I had a full manicure & pedicure with gel. Kim's colleague did not do a good job on my nails and left the gel varnish around my nails. I paid £63 and my nails starting chipping the next day. I called Kim's after the weekend and she told me to come back to have them redone. I was unable to come for 2 weeks as I was unwell. I went today and my nails were redone by Kim herself. There is still clear gel around some of my fingers and a few nails have marks and air bubbles under the gel colour. On two or three fingers it isn't done properly. I am really upset and disappointed. Gel should last for a month. It was my understanding that I would not be charged for my third visit as of the poor quality previously. However on leaving the bathroom while Kim was with her next customer she asked me to leave the money with her colleague. I explained to her that my nails had started chipping the day after and she said I should have come sooner. I was planning to come sooner and had called but was unwell. Irrespective of the timeframe the gel shouldn't have been chipping the next day and coming off all my nails for the last two weeks. She made me pay £15 and I will never go back. Furthermore it is very unprofessional to be talking about your clients to other customers and to members of staff in your language. I heard the male customer this afternoon talking about me to Kim. Very upset and cannot belive I was charged for a redo. I had my nails done last November before lockdown in a nail salon near Bethnal Green tube station and my nails lasted over a month and I was very happy with the service and quality of products used.

I was very impressed with my manicure/pedicure. The young lady called My who did my treatment was very professional. It was a nice relaxing experience. Will definitely return.

Had a lovely experience at Kim’s and very happy with my nails before I go on holiday, it was suggested by a friend and I was really happy with the suggestion, staff was respectful and welcoming. Will DEFINITELY be coming back after my holiday!

Both amazing ladies were so welcoming, got straight to doing my nails straight away, made such great conversation and had a great laugh! Absolutely love this nail shop my no.1 go to x
