Really communicative, knew when arriving, had updates, flexible with my work schedule. Work was great, all had a really positive attitude where what I hoped for was done in good time. Had three people in my small flat and it was all very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

I needed a new boiler and contacted Westflow for a quotation. First time I have used this company and found Barnaby and his team very professional and at the same time friendly and approachable. They did the installation within the timeframe given, clearing away any mess and were able to resolve any issues that presented themselves during the process. Compared to another quote I received from a major energy company Westflow were less expensive and the work required less disruption. I would certainly recommend this company.

We were very impressed with the professional and thorough service delivered by Barnaby and his team. The quotation process was stress-free as Barnaby explained everything so clearly. We had a new boiler in the loft plus 12 radiators, all done in just three days. Barnaby took me through the boiler registration step-by-step, and thoroughly explained the workings of the boiler, thermostat and smartphone app. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they left us totally clean and tidy. Happy to recommend them 10/10.

I found Westflow through the internet needing a genuine plumber who completely understood Worcester boilers. Barnaby came and sorted out my problem which in the end needed two visits but he kept me informed at all times and nothing seemed too much of a problem for him. Will definitely use Westflow again for any plumbing, heating or boilers issues I have. Barnaby and his apprentice were polite and courteous. First class.
