I took a ring to be sized here. The ring was too big when done, also the job wasnt that good as l had a second opinion. Let me also tell you that he charges double the price to size a ring! So l suggest you shop around. I had used him before, but after this poor and expensive workmanship, would not use again.

Lovely little jeweller, more than happy to help with adjustments and cleaning items that are precious to you. They also get some very interesting items in every so often. Would recommend always popping by their window when in town. You never know when something will scream out to you Buy me

Would normally go to Lucys jewellers round corner but the guy wasnt in who fixes engagement rings so came here. Ended up paying 15 pound more than i would normally and yes he fixed it well but barely cleaned and Lucys would normally replate the ring tooand here didnt. So payed more for less work done!

Can't give zero so had to give one. Took a ring in to be repaired. Not ready when promised and not correct now. Returned twice, but repairer not in and assistant does not assist. Also repaired a necklace, again had to call back twice as not ready. I say repair, simply soldered the chain together. Added a loop to the pendant which I said on numerous occassions to the assistant I did not want. Also asked for the pendant to be polished and it was not. I now have a ring which catches on everything and a Tiffany pendant that looks like a knock off. I suggest you go elsewhere. I will be to get these items repaired properly.

I took a ring in to be resized, really good value and a lot quicker than I anticipated. The staff were friendly and communicated really well, would definitely recommend and will use again if I have any other jewellery needs.
