Square House Kennels
What a great service!We took our dogs here while we went abroad after other plans fell through. I was apprehensive about taking them as they have never been to kennels before but in our return they almost didn't recognize me having had such a good time and being well looked after! The boy even came back with fresher breath from the food, although they didn't seem sure what he had eaten.

Would not be taking my dog back there damaged dog bedding which was not with my dog food bowls not with my dog and came out looking like he had been dragged through a hedge backwards would not recommend these kennels my dog has now had issues with his coat and vets have said it's from poor hygiene I explained he was kennels for 2 weeks and now I want them kennels investigated

Square House Kennels
We used Square House over the Coronation weekend and they were so much better than we had experienced elsewhere. They allowed us to see the kennels, which others didn't do, and the place looked bright and clean. A very friendly and professional service, special thanks to assistant Julie who persevered with our nervous staffie cross Ruby and managed to settle her in. Very reassuring, we have already booked 2 further stays over the summer. Highly recommended.

Our dogs were there for 9 days, when it came to pick them up their beds were wet and the dogs smelt awful I had to wash them as soon as we got back. very timid which is expected, but both of them had a cold afterwards. For the price expected a lot better. Wouldn’t use again

Have just picked up my dog from Square House Kennels, it was the first time we had used these kennels and was a bit apprehensive as my dog is elderly and also a very nervous dog. Needless to say everything was absolutely fine. I’ve never seen my dog so happy which means he’s obviously enjoyed his stay with Square House. Want to say a massive thank you to all the staff and will definitely use again.

Clean and friendly. Although communication is poor and very old time storage of documentation which is clearly doesn’t meet GDPR. Our dog was well over fed. They could not tell me if they’d weighed the food out. We always take more than needed and the box was empty when we picked him up and he was bloated! We had given clear instructions on the paper work and stuck a large sticker on the box with instructions of timing and weight of food. My other qualm would be timings. It’s £20 per day But their day is 8 hours not 24. So if you drop you pet off at 6pm and collect at 6pm the next day you get charged for two days!!

Some staff are very niceNice kennels for dogs where they stayFirst time with my dog boarding hereI wasn't happy at all to find out that they had changed my dog foodThey told me on the day of collection that he had upset tummy so that's y they did itBut please next time at least contact the number they were left to ask if it was ok as they didn't know my dog at allSo sorry won't be coming back

Our two Dachshunds Ruby and Max stayed here for 5 nights recently, I was a little apprehensive as they hadn't stayed here before, but I needn't have worried as they were fine, the staff are lovely and we are definitely using these again in June, already booked, Thank you all for looking after my fur babies xx
