This was my 4th visit here and have had bad drinks in the past But gave them one last shot….Ordered a salted caramel brownie, a cappuccino and a Kit Kat hot chocolate. The lad on the counter was a very nice, polite and advisable chap which is why I didn’t give this 1 star But unfortunately although I did get (this time) a good cup of coffee- who’d of thought- I got home to eat my brownie and apart from the fact it was stuck to the paper and wasn’t squashed or damaged in transit! Overall it was dry, not much caramel and was a Very weird taste to it that I binned half of it, sacrilege I know! & I love cakes and doughnuts but sorry that tasted like it was baked days and days ago and I cook and bake myself so I have a good idea!To get 1, Maybe 2 good cups of coffee out of 4 visits to a coffee shop is my biggest gripe! There’s an art and almost scientific way to make coffee and I’ve complained on the app before when both me and my mrs received horrible hot drinks and when you treat yourself once a while and it’s just not on pa, it’s not good enough. Costa never even git back to me which was disappointing but you know what I will make sure I get a coffee from Starbucks next time as I’ve been there 4 times over the last few months and it’s Always a great cup of coffee! Sorry guys but step your game up- you get better drinks outta a machine!

Currently only doing takeaways due to COVID. They had social distancing measures in place and screens etc. Ordered some of their festive latte's which were very tasty.Staff were friendly and helpful.

There was a queue when entering Costa but it was well managed with plenty of staff. Everything was clean and the service was great.

I recently visited Costa Coffee in Bingham, Nottinghamshire, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with this branch. The staff were extremely polite and professional, and the service I received was exceptional. The range of coffees and savory snacks on offer was great, and the quality of the food and drink was excellent.I have visited this Costa Coffee branch on several occasions with my friends during our break time, and we have never been disappointed with the service we have received. Extremely busy, but it didn't stop the staff from helping people with limited walking abilities having their food and drink taken outside. Constant cleaning and clearing of the outside facilities as well as inside
