I’ve recently had my car repaired here. I cannot rate them high enough. Especially the front facing staff Judy and Emma. Judy especially went above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend the company.

Awful experience. My car was sent to this garage arranged through the insurance company after an accident. The damage was fairly minor. It took them 2 months to repair. The reason I was told it took so long is because of waiting for parts and because covid. It’s 2023. When my car was finally done, I was rang by a very rude women who wanted me to return the courtesy car immediately because they had people waiting for them. When I said I couldn’t just drop everything her attitude was awful considering how long they had the car, I was working went 2 days later. I arrived as a woman on my own, with my 5 year old and 3 year old, to again be treat absolutely appallingly. I was berated my 2 members of staff because the car was full of crumbs off the kids and needed cleaning. They proceeded to tell me I had to pay another £100 to have my own car back as a valet charge. When I told him I didn’t have it, he said well we have a problem then, you will have to lend it off someone. Long story short I took the car to be valeted myself round the corner from there, for £45. Then when I was finally given my car key back, they car wouldn’t even drive, apparently it has ceased up cos it has been sat in their garage so long. I was alone in this place, with 2 young kids, made to feel totally intimidated and it was really upsetting. And the car was no where near as bad as they were making it. The valet company wanted to know why I wanted a full valet and not a mini valet because that’s all they thought it needed, but to save being shamed and embarrassed by them again I just paid the extra. I hope I never have to deal with this company ever again. AVOID!!!!

Honestly can’t fault this company. I had someone named Steven come to recover my car today. I was very emotional and he took the time to talk to me, gave me a coffee and calmed me down. Nicest man I’ve ever met and the fact he was professional within his role but also compassionate taking time and ensuring I was ok. Totally went above and beyond can’t thank him enough

Mick went beyond and above to assist a breakdown recovery. He was professional and helpful. Definitely recommend 10/10

Absolutely terrible service. Waited 26 hours for recovery then when they arrived they were supposed to pick me up from hotel I was staying at 13mins up the road and then recover the vehicle. Didn't pick me up as agreed, then wouldn't wait while I sorted it out and drove off and cancelled the job completely. Staff were pretty rude and dismissive and were not the slightest bit interested in helping. Wouldn't even wait the 13 mins for me to get there through other means. Now have to wait another 4 hours for recovery thanks to these cowboys. Wouldn't recommend them if they were the last recovery company in the country. Will be posting my review far and wide. Even advised.them I would be posting a review and they couldn't care less. Just blamed everyone else but themselves.

Avoid this garage at all costs.Has been booked in via the insurance for minor bodywork to the bumper and a repair to the alloy.Took about 3 weeks and multiple calls to get a job raised, they had it assigned to the wrong branch to start with. Took equally long for them to collect it.10 days later, they still hadn’t ordered the parts or started any work on the car, but my car’s app is telling me it’s sat outside their bodyshop with the doors unlocked(!!)Following weekend, when they’re closed, again sat in the same place with the doors unlocked.They never give you an update unless you ring and ask for one - then they don’t answer the phone and you get through to head office who are at least somewhat helpful.Was told I’d have an update last week, but didn’t. When I called up today, the lady hangs up on me whilst I was still talking, saying “goodbye” over the top of me.Very unprofessional and rude - and they still have my car!!!

Had car for 3 weeks to replace wing and paint front bumper. Despite going through 'quality control' and being valeted and polished, they some how managed to miss where they had oversprayed the trim.Would not recommend and if require a bodyshop again, will actively avoid this one.

Mick recovered us last night. He was helpful, efficient and friendly despite the really poor weather.
