Everytime I have entered she has always said she is unavailable and busy, no matter the time. It makes me think that she doesn’t even want customers. Also makes me think if it’s because I am not south Asian which is why she turns me away.

If you are after a good beautian i definitely recommend Sapna. Me and my family have been going to Sapna for years, she is amazing at what she does and very professional, her customer service is one of the best i have experienced. She offers appointment based service which is great because I do not need to wait to be seen.

I’ve been coming to Sapna for over 6 years and she is one of the best beauticians I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Her treatments from facials, waxing/threading is to a top quality and her attention to detail is exceptional. I love that she has an appointment based service as I never have to wait to be seen as I have my own appointment slot. Would highly recommend!

The lady was really lovely and did a good job with my eyebrows. She takes walk ins as well as booking. Both card and cash payments are available.
