Please note I have not had my hair coloured here, only cut, so my review is based on the service I received.The positives are the quickness in which they booked me in and that the staff member I dealt with was polite and chatty.However, when I got there, I made it clear that all I wanted was some shaping round my face/fringe. My ends had already been trimmed and hair dyed elsewhere within the same week.Regardless of this, the staff member insisted he washed and blow dried my hair - even though I also informed him I had done this about half an hour before entering the salon.I felt like there was very little focus on the task I actually asked for and came out barely any different. He was also very insistent on styling even though I said I didn't want that as I was only going to the gym after anyway. In the end he backcombed it a little at the back.They then charged me £37, and I felt like the whole time the process was very pushed to include these extras so that they could charge me the full £37 that they charge for a wash, blow dry, cut and style when all I wanted was the cut.Because of this I will not be using these services again nor would I recommend. I have had a much better job done elsewhere for cheaper. Honesty and listening to the customer is key and I'm sad to say I did not feel like this was done at all in this instance, no matter how much I reiterated it.

Wow what can i say.! went in today to get my lips done. i was reassured as i’ve never had this done before. Jade was amazing. she’s really lovely. Im happy with my results. The salon is spotless & upstairs is fresh and quite.! and i’m definitely a new customer. thank you jade. xx

Not my usual hairdressers as out of my local town, booked un with short notice as attending a christing, the ladies were lovely and my colour hasn't been this good for a long time, maybe a trip might be in order everytime I require a touch up, well pleasedthankyou ladies

Not really sure where to start with this place. I had booked here thinking they were the “go to” place for hair extensions but I was so wrong. I ordered the hair extensions after having a colour match and they offered me an appointment to fit them the next day - I thought that was unusual as normally there are wait lists for great hair dressers but regardless I waited anyway and went back a couple of weeks later to have my hair fitted. I have spent £670 pounds with them. When I went in to have my hair done, I wasn’t even offered a drink and it was so manic and stressful. Everybody was unwell and miserable and I think it was the owner but I’m not sure, they were literally slagging clients off ! The hair was fitted wonky - far to high up attached to my crown and far to low down attached to all my baby hair at the bottom. There was no hair at the sides only the back and when the curls dropped out I basically looked like I had put clip ins at the back and nowhere else! They used the thickest string to fit them it was not good. I realised after being home it wasn’t right and let them know and the manager on the phone dismissed me when I was trying to re-book and kept repeating “I’ll speak to Sam and let you know” “I’ll speak to Sam” and was so blunt and damn right rude to be honest. They were suggesting I bought more hair.. I knew I had some left over so I asked to collect it and they then got all blunt with me and said they’d fit me an appointment in the next day after telling me there wasn’t anything until the new year - it was just awful. I then went in reluctantly to collect my hair after actually convincing them I wanted to do that as it didn’t feel like I could at first. When I did, the face of the man who fitted it was a picture!! He literally eye rolled at me and then confronted me about what we were doing then - I’ve got an appointment there tomorrow at 9am and I won’t be going. I’ve had somebody else look at my hair and they were so shocked at how badly it was fitted they removed it immediately! It would of balded me it was so badly fitted. So tight and in the wrong place all together - I had so much hair in it was just fitted so so bad!!!Basically would never recommend and would never go back. They’re loosing all their customers because of similar reasons and they should try to be less defensive and argumentative, less rude and fit the hair properly.
