Our first visit to the showroom at Chester Green was a little over eighteen months ago, where we were met by Emma who was our consultant for that visit was very polite and her professional attitude was second to none. Emma's knowledge and experience made it very easy to find and select what we wanted. We've recently been back to the showroom during this Covid situation to select a new en suite where once again Emma was our consultant, still as professional as ever, thank you for making it a pleasant and safe place to visit. Would highly recommend

From a delivery and collection point of view they are SPOT ON! Been delivering and collecting from this business for over 2 years they never missed a beat!Also I've seen them talking and advising their costumers like real professionals.Mister Browning and Moseley Sr. and Jr. make that business shine.

Great personal service bought majority of fitting for all the bathrooms in my home fron this store. Manager was supportive in the absence of Emma. But Emma in particular was excellent. Knew the products and delivered on all her commitments.Would definitely recommend her if you're in the market.

Absolutely great service. A superb showroom and Emma was always very attentive and happy to use her knowledge and stock of catalogues to help us to find what we wanted. We ended up getting everything we needed for our bathroom refurb from here. Highly recommended.

These guys are so helpful - they were really friendly & helped me no end with a recent bathroom project. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Andrew Mosley, the branch manager, went out of his way to ensure I had all the correct parts I needed. They are not patronising at all (which sometimes these places can be to women) they just listened & then helped. We had a laugh too! Five stars! ⭐️

OK! I admit my mistake - I should have visited City Plumbing sooner!Even more remiss of me, considering that I knew that they were one of the few plumbing merchants that traded through the worse of the Covid pandemic.A fact that alone speaks volumes that they should have been high in my list of contenders for my business after the Derby branch of Grahams closed.After doing the rounds" regarding selecting my merchants

Am fitting a new bathroom whilst the Mrs is away.I needed to get some fixings for the sink. Not really knowing what I was doing Andy the manager helped find me all the bits I needed and explained it all to me. Sometimes in places like this people can be a little patronising if you dont know what you need but Andy was the complete opposite. Extremely helpful and would deffo recommend.
