Bonnie was an excellent personal trainer. Friendly, personable and knowledgeable, it is clear that she has a real passion for fitness and making it accessible! I have learned some great workout routines which I can carry forward with me. I have gone from being scared and intimidated to using weights in the gym to now being confident and assured that I maintain a good form! Lots of opportunities too to engage with others in the fitness journey through social events.

Bonnie has been an amazing coach. I currently have an online coaching plan and I cannot speak highly enough of the level of support I have received as this is way more than I could ever have expected!She has helped me grow, physically & mentally. Always puts ME and MY goals first, straight talk but always fighting your corner.My confidence in myself has grown massively, I have a much more positive mindset & Bonnie has a great part to play in all of this.Bonnie has continued to communicate, see what her community want, make changes if needed & is continuously wanting to better herself & her business!As someone who has worked with other trainers, I cannot recommend Bonnie & her approach enough

I’m so thankful to have had Bonnie alongside me on my gym journey!I decided to get into doing weight training at the gym after doing home workouts on YouTube. I had no knowledge of gym equipment, proper form, programming, proper eating… the list goes on.I first done in person PT sessions to get a grasp of proper form, etc. then slowly went onto online training until I was confident enough to go off and do my own thing!Bonnie taught me everything from scratch, she was there to support me the whole way through my journey and has made me confident in the gym.I would recommend her to anyone, whether you’ve never set foot in the gym before.. or have been going for a while but need to tidy up your form or find new ways of workout out - Bonnie is your gal!She has also helped me immensely with my diet, personal struggles with self esteem and weight anxiety.Bonnie is truly great, her love for fitness clearly shows through her coaching!If you’re not sure, this is your sign to go for it! ♥️

Bonnie better never retire because I'll never be able to find another coach that is able to be in my corner and have such a positive impact on my life. I originally reached out so that I could be held accountable in the run up to my wedding, and also because my own experience in the gym was getting boring and stale. Bonnie has the ability to be firm and professional as well as friendly and warm at all times, doesn't take any excuses and specifically curates plans and workout routines for each person she works with, so you know you're not just getting a 'cookie-cutter' program. We've been working together for about 6 months now and she's completely turned my gym life around, making me excited to go back into the gym and keeping workouts fresh and exciting! I love working with Bonnie, and couldn't ask for a better coach.

Although a Glasgow based personal trainer, i have been training with Bonnie as my online coach for about 6 months. We have one work out per week together in my Esinburgh living room, over zoom, and it has become one of my favourite hours of the week. Bonnie carefully creates my solo work outs/runs each week, which are easily accessible through an app.Bonnie is fun and kind, she listen to you and provides a safe and comfortable space to get a sweat on! Since having her as a coach ive become stronger, fitter and happier. I cannot recommend Peak to Peak or Bonnie more.

Bonnie is an absolutely fantastic PT! Her support has been constant and has not only supported me in my goals at the gym but has also helped me grow mentally as well.
