We engaged Murrins to undertake two RICS level 3 surveys on separate properties during our property hunt. Laurence was very accommodating, communication was excellent throughout and both reports produced were very comprehensive. The first report and Laurence's frank and open assessment led to us pulling out of a property that would have cost us a huge amount of money had we missed several major issues with the property. We will definitely use Murrin's again when we next move.
