Lovely staff and delicious baked goods. My dog even loved his biscuit. Nice Times was my first choice to make my wedding cake and it was absolutely beautiful, thank you!

vegan options, cute interior, pleasant service, fresh selection! coffee was okay but nothing extraordinary (which is ok given it’s a pastry place not a coffee shop!)

Amazing vegan treats, we love the cronuts, the peanut butter crinkle and the chai latte! During Covid time we routinely went for a treat on Saturday morning getting our treats from the side window (see photo).Update 27 February 2022 cappuccino and chai tea still amazing! Increased selection of savoury baked goods, but our favourite are still the white chocolate and raspberry blondies!

Incredible vegan cakes, interesting beverage options (e.g.salted caramel hot chocolate), friendly staff and cool interior. Would definitely recommend! ♡

Such a lovely bakery, the staff are so friendly, the coffee's great and the cakes are so tasty. I got a lemon curd cruffin (croissant - muffin mix). Would recommend.

Ordered a build your own cake and was very disappointed. I ordered fully iced, and got a naked cake. Because of this, more than half of the filling was icing. I paid for an extra filling and it was extremely little. The sponge was dry. Disaster cake.Also, when picking up the cake from Lovecrumbs the staff was quite unfriendly. I've been a customer for years and that is why I'm leaving a 3 star review. Unfortunately, due to this experience I probably won't be buying again.

We were early to meet our daughter so we decided to get off Haymarket station and walk to Waverley. So glad we did as we found this gem on the way while looking for a place to eat breakfast.We had sausage rolls and they were really really good. Hubby had cinnamon buns on the side with coffee and I tried the caramelised onion pastry and a latte. Everything tasted divine. They don't just look good, they taste good! I will definitely come back to this place just to eat here again!(In my excitement, I only remembered to take a pic when we were out of the bakery already. Haha)

Now this is a hidden gem of a place. Freshly baked behind the scene you can smell it before you get to it. Hot baked bread, dreamy cronuts and slices of temptation in the window. Excellent coffee and great service. Breakfast in Edinburgh sorted. Or just go when you have a craving! Only thing I will say is they probably need one extra bod behind the counter as it dis get pretty busy for one person to take orders, make coffee and take payments. Thankfully this is Scotland so actually no one seems to mind waiting. And to be fair it's so good, waiting a bit is no biggie. I predict they will need a bigger place for seated in soon!

America comes to Edinburgh!What a wonderfully quirky wee cafe this is - the best antidote to the corporate coffee palaces that dominate the centre of town. And the best cinnamon swirl this side of Pismo Beach, California. If I could pack this place up and take it home, that's what I'd do!
