Used three copiers from XBM and they are real gentlemen. Service guys always helpful and sort most things we need on the phone and on the couple of site visits we needed when the last machine was on its last legs they sorted it in minutes and told us how to keep it going longer so we didn’t have to get a new one straight away. Who does that these days?

Absolutely the worst company I have ever delt with in 20 years of being self employed.Zero customer care, make sure you read there terms and conditions before even considering taking anything from this company!
