There are only good things to say about Balloon Queen. We hired these gorgeous rustic LOVE letters for our wedding day and they absolutely (literally) lit up the room. The service was fantastic from start to finish, the price was extremely reasonable compared to all our other quotes and Olivia is a genuinely lovely lady. Thoroughly recommended.

Thank you for the beautiful balloon arch made for my husbands birthday surprise. The arch has survived extreme cold weather, snow and rain it has now lasted 10 days outside. The lady came on the time agreed and nothing was too much trouble would highly recommend Balloon QueenThank you again

Customer service non-existent. I have called up to arrange some balloons for a special occasion. Was told to send a WhatsApp message, which I did immediately. No response whatsoever. Called the next day, no response, no call back either. Completely messed up my plans. Definitely would NOT recommend.

Highly recommend! My baby's birthday and Christening party was as colorful and fun as the balloons. The service was great too. It was a very lovely experience for us ❤️
