If you want to break all forms of communication, friendship, respect and trust between parents then hire Pennine Law. They possess no professionalism, tact or sophistication - I witnessed one of their 'barristers' in court this week and she basically bullied, intimidated and lied her way through the hearing - she made up disgusting lies and accusations that her client had not said and did not instruct her to say, she basically acted like a sociopath to get her outcome, but the repercussions are extremely damaging and now thanks to her there is no hope left for the parents to have any form of friendship, which is a huge shame. You can get the results you want in better ways, without causing absolute carnage. Spend your time and money elsewhere and maintain positive relationships between parents.

I would like to give a big thank you to Gaynor, Sharon and Sue for dealing with the sale of my Mum's house recently. contacted Pennine law because I needed a property solicitor about a fencing issue , and they are local , I live in elsecar , I had an appointment on the 10th March 22 with Mr Hoyland , I explained the problem and he knew the area I lived in , and how access to the property should not be obstructed, the way Ben Bailey designed the area , I felt reassured that I had finally found someone who understood the area , he was going to look into it and then we would see what action needed to be taken ......this is when the communication stopped, I waited for a few months for a phone call or a letter ......nothing ......so I phoned , spoke to Mr Hoyland and he would get straight on to the issue and he would be in touch , another month or so ......nothing .....phoned again , spoke to his secretary , she would speak to Mr Hoyland and would be in touch.....nothing again......so I went in to the office and spoke to Mr Hoyland , after speaking to him , I got up from my seat and he patted me on my back and said he would get straight on with it ,months later....nothing as the 7th August 22 , a total and utter waste of time ,maybe it was to big from them to sort out , am now looking for a more professional solicitor

We sold our house using Pennine Law and found them to be efficient, friendly and most prompt in dealing with the various transactions and queries. Flawless conveyancing process and no hidden fees. I paid what I was quoted. I have to be honest and say I didn't have much interaction with Gaynor but she always communicated with unquestionable conviction on my behalf when additional requests were being made. Reception were always delightful, although it's usually an answer machine that you're transfered to. Sue was very pleasant. However the person that really made me feel like a client rather than a customer was Molly! Molly provided a positive and super confident energy that put me at ease and made me feel reassured that everything would go perfectly on completion day. Competent but oh-so-slow!When my solicitor was on holiday and my time-pressured house sale was handed to another solicitor, I phoned up to ask how things were progressing.All I got from the replacement solicitor was a long-winded whine about his foot operation before he hung up the phone.If you don’t mind things taking forever and a terse phone manner, use these guys. I guess I’ll find out if they got everything correct when it comes to selling this place...

Gaynor Landon dealt with our house purchase. She was very efficient and patient with us. If she was not available Molly or Sue were always happy to keep me up to date. Really happy with the service and would not hesitate to recommend Pennine Law to friends and family.
