Kwik Fit - Shoreham-By-Sea

I noticed I had a puncture in my tyre and the team at Shoreham sorted it really quickly on the same day and were very kind to help out at such late notice on a Sunday. Thank you!

We were desperate for a 'while you wait' tyre repair, and even though the branch was booked with jobs, they went the extra mile and were able to squeeze us in so we could get on our way. Excellent service from everyone and Jordan on reception couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommended.

Only 2 members of staff and originally told me 2 to 2.5 hours wait. Explained I had someone disabled in the car so went out of there way to get my repair done quickly. In the end only waited about 40 mins. Very impressed with staff.

Good service, left car for one hour whilst new battery fitted. Staff friendly. Tested battery when I got home and only forty percent charged; need seven hours of charge to top-up, otherwise would have given five stars. Thankyou

Had the most bizarre experience with the manager ‘Lee’ this afternoon after picking up my car following a tyre change.He was rude and aggressive, I couldn’t believe what was happening and could only laugh perplexed. The other customers present all looked very uncomfortable too!Tried to charge me for wheel alignment, when I asked to see the paperwork he was gone a long time. When he came back the aggression started. The paperwork indicates no adjustment had been made! Then went on to say he won’t charge but it’s alright he will take the money out of the lad’s Christmas bonus! What is he talking about? Total moron! Acting out because someone called out his bull****Probably won’t come back again as I’ve never experienced such aggression in a retail setting before!Bonkers really after spending £500

First time customer after I couldn't get an MOT in Worthing for weeks. On return found the car failed but I was happy for repairs to go ahead. Initially they had a slot three days later, but subsequently they then said they could do it the next day if I left the car with them, even going so far as to call me a cab. We are always quick to moan when businesses don't get it right so a big shout out to the manager and the guys there for great comms and first class customer service. Many thanks

Unhappy with a service at another garage, I went to Kwik Fit to see if they could carry out further checks. They replaced all four of my tyres with only two hours before their closing time. Staff could not have been more accommodating, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Kwik Fit for a thorough service.

Great service and communication. The staff are amazingly helpful, go above and beyond. Also very friendly and don't make you feel like an idiot for asking stupid questions and are happy to explain exactly what's going on.

I had booked a full brake system check, once this was completed I was contacted straight away and advised new discs/pads needed. Staff were able to proceed without delay and could collect the car later that day. Very pleased with the level of service given, treated with courtesy and efficiency.I have used Kwik Fit branches previously and will continue to do so. Thank you for your help.
