We found our dream home through Davis Homes - a beautiful new build to take us into the next phase of our lives - Chris, Sophie and the team were there at the end of the phone to help us through each stage of the purchase. Knowledgable, professional and diligent.It took Chris and the team less than 2 weeks from taking the initial photos to agreeing a sale..getting us the full asking price. Plus kept us in the loop for the entire time without us needing to chase for updates, going above and beyond to manage the chain.They certainly helped take out some of the stress of moving. We had a great experience with Davis Homes, we were property searching for months and dealt with many estate agents and Davis Homes were by far our favourite.Very friendly staff who checked in with us throughout the process leading up to exchange. Communication was great, we dealt with Chris and Karen primarily who were really accommodating to requests.I found them to be very fair and honest and didn’t play us against other potential buyers which I found was the case with most estate agents in the area.Highly recommend and would consider them for any future property sales/purchases.
