Bought my Honda NT1100 from here. Great service and good price. Just had my first service. You can’t fault these guys. If you’re looking for a bike at a fair price and good service, this is your place.

Couldn't recommend this place enough. Picked my new (to me) Honda CBR500R up today and the bike is fantastic. It's a 2017 but looks and rides like a brand new bike, obviously well sorted by the workshop. All staff are really friendly and helpful. A proper family feel and they genuinely care unlike a lot of dealers these days. I'll definitely be back!

Thanks to Jeff for stories of places to ride and explore , Natalie for sorting out demo rides, and Justin sales approach of making a sensible offer at the start without the need of all the usual nonsense of negotiating. Made my whole buying a new bike an enjoyable experience.

I ordered a Honda Monkey with Natalie and Steve over the phone. Finance and everything was sorted by them but unfortunately I had to pull out last minute before the bike was due to be delivered however Natalie and Steve were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout from start to finish.If you ever consider a distance sale with this dealership then do not hesitate. A great choice of bikes from all the main manufacturers. New and second hand. A friendly welcome from all the staff. They were on hand to answer any query and a great cup of coffee while we browsed.

It's a great place to buy a bike, helmet or clothing as everyone is really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on their products. You are made to feel welcome and there is no hard sell. They have a good choice of new and used bikes at competitive prices. Customer support is excellent, I’ve bought two bikes from them and on my most recent visit bought a lovely Shoei helmet. I would recommend them.

I was a little nervous about buying a bike long distance unseen in person as I’ve never done it before ( 2005 Yamaha r1)But Rick made it easy, always rang when he said he would (rare) sent the videos I requested when he said he would (rare) and pointed out any defects with the bike on my initial call/enquiry (again very rare).Very honest appraisal of a very honest bike. Having taken delivery (delivery driver was a lovely chap and was spot on time I might add) and put a few hundred miles on her I’m extremely happy. It’s a beautiful bike and I think the price I paid given it came from a dealer and the costs they have/warranty they offer/ piece of mind for the buyer etc was excellent, I’ve seen models like mine go for a good bit more in the same condition.Natalie was always at the end of the phone for the admin side of things, no phones ringing out or failure to return calls, it sounds like that should be a given but it’s seldom the case these days.It’s 5 stars from me all the way, the only thing I would have liked is a call maybe a week or so later to make sure I was happy/to get my initial thoughts on my purchase. They would obviously have heard from me if I wasn’t and it’s a minor detail but still it’s worth mentioning.CheersAndy

Really good selection of new and used bikes. The only thing that let it down was zero interaction from staff, maybe they were all busy but not even a hello as I walked through and browsed.
