I give them 10 out of 10 for their services, their handmade insoles are the most comfortable I have ever had, I decided to go private after my hospital told me I had to wait 18 months, (r n o h stanmore) for an appointment. With this they no longer make thier orthotics on site. They subout all thier orthotics these days , with this I found what I've had been given by the hospital, had not been as good as when they were, as when they were making the insoles, on site in thier own work shop.

I went to Dr. Insole after several bad experiences with an NHS contractor who provided the wrong type of insoles. I found Dr. Insoles highly recommended, and he regonized I had a leg and foot differences, so he produced a pair of insoles for my work boots.

By far the best orthotic/insole place I have been to. Gary was very professional and friendly.The insoles we needed were for my cousin who has a foot deformity and needed very special one of kind orthotics insoles and Gary worked hard to make them fit just right. We had them adjusted 2 times and Gary never complained, he kept saying it is my pleasure.Overall his prices were very far and worth every penny,Highly recommend him!!!

When you first visit Dr Insoles don't be confused it shares its space with a high street locksmiths, this is a highly professional orthotic company that provides an excellent and reasonably priced service. Since having the in store consultation and receiving the bespoke insoles within the week, my walking and posture has immeasurably improved.I had been limping a lot recently because of flat feet and suffering from ankle pain. The new insoles corrected my gait and after several days, the discomfort had more or less vanished. I genuinely put this down to the insoles. The technician was friendly, dedicated and keen to make any further adjustments necessary too. Dr Insoles don't claim to make miracles happen but I highly recommend anyone with walking problems to seek them out.Also, while you wait, you can finally get that spare house key cut that you've been meaning to do for weeks.

I have been wearing orthotics for many years both off-the-shelf and custom made. I found the service at Dr Insole to be both caring and very professional. The inner soles that they produced were of a better quality than I had previously had made by my podiatrist and much more reasonably priced. Their technicians spent quite some time adjusting the orthotics to ensure that they were a perfect fit.I have no hesitation recommending Dr Insole, I would rate their service as five-star.Bernard

Dr Insole is a great place to do your custom insoles, I was having pain in my lower back and knees and since I am using the custom insoles that Gary did, I am not having any issue. I am happy until then. I really recomend this place and for sure I will come back again!

I received my second pair of Dr Insole foam insoles a few weeks ago. My previous pair lasted well over a year of a lot of walking. The new insoles are very comfortable and I thoroughly recommend them. This is my fourth pair of insoles from Gary, and they are simply the best.

Earlier this year I needed some new insoles and rather than go to one of my previous podiatrists I decided to try Dr Insole in Muswell hill.Gary Gallagher aka Dr Insole is the consumate professional.What you get from Gary is years of experience and a wealth of knowledge.He prides himself on getting things right and this requires time and patience.Gary takes note of the feedback you give him until you are completely satisfied with the finished product.I have been very impressed with the level of service and the quality of the finished insoles and recommend him highly.

I needed a pair of insoles that fit the shape of my feet better as I had been using store-bought ones which weren't as effective. Gary was really helpful in diagnosing the problem and customising the insoles to provide proper support to my feet. I have been using them for sports for the past few months and they've been great!

I turned to Gary at Dr Insole after the pain in my knees and back had become almost constant and my only regret is that I didn't do it a long time ago!I have had a whopping 2cm difference between my legs since I was young and am also very flat footed on my right foot. I had tried for 10 years to find a solution through the NHS both with physical modifications to the soles of my shoes and inserts but I couldn't find anybody who was able to spend the time with me to really work the problem through.Right from the start of working with Gary I was so pleased and impressed with his determination to solve the problem for me, to create an insert with a 2cm raise is right at the limit of what is technically possible but thankfully Gary was up for the challenge and worked for months to get it right.I ordered the foam inserts which provide more cushioning so I hope will protect my knees more over the long run, I haven't worn them for long yet but I instantly feel more stable and comfortable using these insoles and most importantly Gary has managed to get the arch support and taper from the sole to the toes right so my weight feels like it is travelling down my foot correctly and therefore my foot is no longer collapsing at the ankle which it did frequently with my previous inserts.I cant recommend Gary highly enough and I have attached a picture of my insole in case anybody is in any doubt about how extreme the challenge was!
