Absolutely shocking !My husband has been in pain with his chest and got sent here by 111 after waiting all day for an appointment - they finally booked one and my husband has had to come home after waiting 3 hours in pain even though it’s an appointment. On top of that cost of living ! People aren’t made out of money for petrol and taxis

Absolute shambles. Sat on a red route so you stop anywhere to see where you need to go you get an instant fine. Once you have dropped someone off you cannot return for 20 minutes. No sign posting at all till you randomly find it as the postcode they give you is miles away. Don't bother having a 4am appointment time as you will still be waiting an hour in a dead room.

After ringing 111 just after 7pm I had a clinician ring me back about an hour later who made an appointment for me to come here at 10pm. There was no one waiting and I was seen quickly by a lovely nurse who took my blood pressure etc and then by a doctor who was really nice and gave me the time I needed. Excellent service that I didn't know existed.

Had to bring my son here late at night due to a very severe cough. He was seen to on time and the physician was polite, personal, and professional.
