To put it simply - Tracey has saved my life .Her compassion, knowledge and kindness has set me on a new and healthier path . I can’t recommend Tracey enough . She has helped me to work through the most complex of issues and does so in a way that makes me feel safe and eager for the next session! Having seen a few therapists before I know how important it is to find the right person you feel comfortable with to open up and Tracey made that so easy to do from the very first session ! Not only have the sessions benefited myself but my whole family are also reaping the rewards and breathing easier!I can say Tracey is a super hero and should most definitely own a cape !
