Took my R10 over as it was failing to hold pressure.Went over after arranging a visit, met at the gate and taken into the building. Problem explained and reason why it had happened.Problem sorted and advise given on how to avoid it happening again. Brilliant engineering work will be returning to get a new regulator fitted when it is required.

Weihrauch hw57, sent my rifle to get a full tune,seals etc.Unfortunately the rifle got lost by the courier!!!!! I was distraught.Rich at the Ratworks was quick to reassure me that he will deal with it.He ordered a new rifle for me and tuned it as originally discussed .He sent it to my RFD as it had a different serial number.I have fired a few shots through it and it smooth, quiet and accurate.Thanks a lot for your outstanding service which went beyond excellentAll the very best

Ratworks tuned and fitted a Tench regulator to my BSA R10, it turned a good rifle into a great one. Shot count is improved, consistency is way better and the carbon shroud fitted cut the sound considerably.I’m 100% impressed. The service I received was excellent, the work was completed in a timely fashion and Phil and the lads there were very helpful & friendly.I have recommended them to many friends and will continue doing so.

I popped in looking for a few things for my scorpion se. Stainless probe short stroke piston and spring and a seal kit.The gate opened, and I politely asked where's the ratworks please ?The man at the gate turned out to be Simon,just pop up there and I will be with you.He was very jovial and welcoming.What can I do for you ?I explained what I wanted and as if by majic the items appeared.Lots of banter and very friendly, a real pleasure going there.I walked out very happy and the price was good too.Highly recommend.

Drove to RAT works from coventry and bought a new cylinder from them week before Xmas. Excellent product, my H.W. 100k is much lighter. But they also serviced my original cylinder free of charge which I received last week..No leaks!! I am absolutely delighted. I have got an H.W. 100 long rifle in my attic which is siezed because of condensation ( i never closed the gunslip properly) I will be taking it to them soon to get it sorted. Can't remember the lads name I dealt with, but he is 100% decent guy

Sent my R10 for a full tune and new regulator and shroud fitted, the rifle is now very quiet, accurate and the shot count has risen immensely. This is the second rifle they have tuned for me…wouldn’t hesitate sending another,Big thanks to all concerned at The Ratworks!!

My FX Impact mk 2 in .30 cal has seen plenty of use and is a real 'tool of my trade'. It's been very reliable but recently the accuracy went to pot and the consistency dropped off considerably. Having treated it to the full RAT Works treatment it is now better than ever before - increased power and shot count and having given them the ammunition I plan to use, it's been set up to shoot the wings off a fly. Credit where it's due. Great job RAT Works, especially gunsmith Gary. Thank you.

I dropped off my 97kt to these guys for a full advanced tune and after picking up today and going straight to my local range and setting up my scope and zeroing in to 35-40 yards.... wow the difference is night and day between this and my untuned 97 blackline.Fresh target set up and the first 3 shots were pellet on pellet. The shot cycle, crisp and quick with almost no recoil.I'm very impressed with what they have done and cannot wait to spend more time at the range this coming weekend with itThank you Ratworks and I feel my break barrel 98 may be coming your way... Top job

Customer service is a1!! Their postal service is one of the best!!Experience is from purchasing nsa slugs. 1 box was sent out incorrectly, so to save me returning the incorrect box, they sent out the correct job for free.Also the quality of the nsa slugs are absolutely a1!!Quality slugs from a top supplier.Joe
