I employed this company in the summer of 2018 to pave a new, quite large driveway. On meeting Richard Grice he was very friendly and obliging but this didn't last long. He ripped up my existing driveway and garden, threw down some hardcore then disappeared for a week. When he returned he did no more than 4 hours a day on my job, he kept disappearing to run other jobs at the same time. When it was eventually completed I had to ask Richard to return as some of the pointing was breaking up. It took him 3 months to rectify it. This summer (2019) we discovered that some of the pointing was breaking up again, several flags had cracked at the edges and chunks had broken off and we had a large area holding water in the rain. Four times Richard has made arrangements to call and look at the problems and four times he has failed to show up. One can only draw the conclusion he couldn't care less. I have included photos showing my driveway at 12 months old. Be warned!
