It is a nice studio with really good tutors but need more Hot Classes in evening as only 1 in evening a week and NO Hot Fusion yoga. Would be amazing if they add classes of Hot Yoga on Saturdays and weekdays evenings.

Took the Classic hot 60 class as I have been doing Bikram for 6 years, the studio is good, teacher was great( Heidi) but the room was not nearly as hot as it should have been ( the hottest is got was 26 degrees and it was the end of the class) I’m hoping the next class will be higher and this was a heater fault.

Yoga Hook
I had the opportunity to try flotation therapy for the first time at Yoga Hook and it was amazing. The staff were very welcoming and explained the process thoroughly, ensuring I was comfortable before entering the float tank. The float tank itself exceeded my expectations, it was more spacious than I had imagined, complete with ambient lighting and soothing music. I'm already looking forward to returning for another session!

Loved the heated studio and Alice's Pilates class. I loved how she worked us hard and instructed us with great pace and precision. Her soundtrack was awesome and the stretch at the end flowed really well. Will defo be back!

Absolutely amazingly classes. I always feel so energised and calm after my classes. I'm one of those people that really like fast paced power yoga style classes and I couldn't find those anywhere but this wonderful studio has these classes every single day!! I feel so grateful to have found this studio and the lovely owner!

I really enjoyed the floatation tank experience. I am a bit claustrophobic but felt totally comfortable to turn off the light and close the pod. The hour long session was a welcome break from the busy world and a great opportunity to focus on breathing and meditation. Would definitely recommend.

New to Yoga Hook GX.Did my first ever hot yoga session with Heidi yesterday and really enjoyed it, although the studio was packed.Also did a lovely session this morning with Kookie- great instructor, beautiful energy in the room. A lovely way to start the day.Looking forward to trying out some of the other classes.

Attended a hot yoga class. Very experienced instructor, nice hot room and effective set of exercises for balance and stretching, challenging in a good way. Busy class, clearly popular. Felt better afterwards and able to sleep much more soundly, will definitely return.

Had to cancel my membership to Yoga Hook as after just two months they put their prices up by 40% which I considered to be a huge increase for a new member. No contact from the club since leaving except to write a google review! Now very disappointed with the club and would not recommend if this is how they treat new members
