Ordered clothing and collected as sometimes I don't hit lucky with sizes I'm after. Quick mooch around, well stocked and tidy. Staff helpful when asked where their sunglasses were. Quick through the tills. Could do with a few more fitting rooms though instead of having to buy and call back to return items.

Good selection of clothes but left without buying as it must have been at least 25 degrees in the shop. Overheard staff saying that the heating was on because head office didn’t know how to turn it off…! On a day when it was 20 degrees plus. Crazy!

Big store..,loads of clothes…lots of customers….3, yes you read correctly, 3 changing cubicles! You do realise you can only park for 2 hours in the car park? The wait for a changing cubicle is more than that. What on earth are you playing at?

The store was good although the clothing dept is all the way at the back of the store but the changing rooms are all the way at the front next to the tills (to help avoid theft apparently), plus they've reduced the changing rooms to 3 (one of which is a disabled changing room) so be prepared to wait what seems ages to try things on the if you need to try another sizes, it back up the store you go only to wait in another queue when you get back I assume.The staff are polite and friendly although I would prefer a few more on the shop floor in case you need help rather than searching all over for one.
