We have never rented before so this was our first experience, let safe have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish, any issues have been sorted and Sean Courtney in particular went the extra mile when sorting out a previous billing issue with the gas suppliers.Highly recommend them and would use again if needed.

Company is a joke from start to finish, first of all moved into the property and the carpet had been poorly fitted and wasn’t under the kick board and didn’t even meet the end of the skirting board, doesn’t stand well with a pregnant fiancé and it being a tripping hazard, I had to wait 3 weeks whilst not even been present at the property for someone to come out and try to stretch the carpet before we could move furniture into the property, at this point the carpet fitter even admitted the carpet had been poorly fitted , we wallpapered the chimney breast wall coz it looked a mess when we moved in, when we left the property we got a 200 pound deduction for wallpaper removal and a light toilet clean coz there was a tiny bit of dust on the toilet, £20 TO CLEAN DUST OF A TOILET , customer service was dreadful (advisors on the phone where extremely rude), having driven back past the property turns out the wallpaper is still on the wall!

Can’t seem to rent with these unless you don’t have pets and have a guarantor… even when you’ve stated your retired in your 60s/70s, have lived in rented properties for over 30 year where rent has always been paid. Have a great reference from current landlord about being decent tenants they don’t care. What’s the point in sending emails with properties we might be interested in to book a viewing to then say no you must have a gaurantor even though you know our circumstances due to having all of our details on what we can do and what we can’t, waste of time!

Extremely rude, obnoxiously run agency. Many years ago I was on their books to find a property. They were initially sounding helpful to find an abode for myself, and my two dogs at the time. After numerous calls from them, with an unbelievable amount of questions and details required, they never found anything at all. So, several years later I had moved back down south and notified them that I was not searching for a unit anymore.Fast forward many years later I called about an apartment listed on Rightmove.Lady said on the phone not to call, but send them an email? OK. I then did this. I asked about a few things. Listing shows property oddly with a space for a washing machine, but with a fridge stuffed in place of one. Upon asking if there were plumbing for a washing machine, was told property was not suitable for a washing machine? This was so bizarre because there was space, for one to go where the fridge was, the representative told me there was no space for one?I received extremely curt, quite rude and blunt one sentence closed answers to all questions. They had no decency to call, and all was conducted by one sentence emails. So very disinterested and unhelpful.Asked if they would notify me of any properties in the vicinity. No reply.

Rented a property through Letsafe for 7 months . Very professional staff , Sean in particular . We had a couple of issues during our rental , both dealt with quickly with a minimum of fuss . Would highly recommend.

Insist on in person viewing even if you're moving to the area from another city. Won't offer virtual viewings. Poor service, avoid this company if you're a landlord.

Been with Letsafe for over 8 years. Superb service, have always been in touch, very friendly and helpful. Definitely will miss emailing with them and their great sense of humour.
