not the greatest. of service.

Carole in the Blackheath store is a goddess. She helped me with purchasing marble tiles for my bathroom floor. She knew I wanted the skirting tiles to match but was on the fence and she gave me the encouragement I needed to go for it because I was getting a great deal in the sales and it would make the whole project beautifully finished. The skirting tiles were gorgeous when they arrived and I was so glad I got them! Carole also helped me add some spur of the moment marble for my kitchen backsplash to the order. She was patient while I got my thoughts together and took such good care of me throughout the process. She went above and beyond and asked me to come back to share pictures of the finished project (so sweet!). Unfortunately, a terrible experience with a builder has resulted in a poor final result, but when the times comes to make any further changes, I will be back in the Blackheath store.

Its OK because some of the fired earth seemed good but nice.

We recently purchased bathroom and WC tiles for our renovation and had fantastic service from the team at Fired Earth Blackheath. Going into the showroom And asking for help and support really makes a difference. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Carole.

Fired Earth have been absolutely fantastic. First time round, I bought some tiles online from the website but needed some advice so popped in. Despite buying online Jane was extremely helpful. Had to return some excess tiles and again, they were very happy to assist in the return process and issuing a refund.Two weeks later, I'm back to the store to order some tiles for my hallway (much better to order in store as they can help you design etc and less likely to make any mistakes!). Jane was very patient and took all the measurements down, a few hours later I have a quote in my inbox for the exact no. of tiles I needed. And a few days later, ready for collection. Very friendly service and Carole even helped load them into my car.Thank you very much team... I will be back soon!

Terrible experience from parking in their car park to walking through the door.Forced to wear a mask even though I am exempt. Ended up walking round to topps tiles, older blonde women was not very helpful and extremely insistant

I just received the worst customer service of my life at Fired Earth in Blackheath, from walking through the door to finish. Older blonde women was extremely rude and unhelpful, it just seemed like it was torture to talk to me. Never going back there, I don't understand why people choose customer service jobs if they are useless at it and obviously hate it.

We dealt with Carol at Fired Earth and have to say she was amazing at helping us source and supply our beautiful tiles for our bathroom. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Will definitely be going back to do the rest of our downstairs. Thank you Carol!!!

Very helpful staff but they didn't have the coloured tiles I was looking for which was a shame.

Really great staff so helpful, definitely recommend a visit if you're redecorating
