Very helpful and well organised and polite. Said over the phone it would take about an hour to refit an airbag after a Mercedes recall letter was sent out. And it was actually slightly less and they phoned us when it was ready promptly.Great customer service.

Unfortunately information given by 2 individuals and price that i finally paid on the fitted battery left me disappointed - room for improvement - more fact based information for the customer not just a guestimation on price would be appreciated.

I recently bought a used van from Cicely, and it cannot praise enough Mathew Coombe from the Sales team, and the whole Admin team for their friendly, patient and professional service they have provided us. The service was First Class, the van was in great condition, the price was really good, everything was working, tyres had decent tread on them, serviced and with a 12 months Mercedes Warranty, and a free delivery to our depot in London!I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wishing to buy a Used van from them.

Us two boys Oscar and kane wish to thank all the staff at ciceley Carlisle for helping fix the vito so we could go for our walk, thank you for all your help and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a van or wagon to go to the staff , they were so kind and helpful and polite from the reception to the workshop, thank you again Rupert and the 2 St Bernard dogs.
