Very happy with the service.

I came to her with a silk dress needing steamed for that same day, she was very friendly and assured me she could get it done for me within the short time frame (thank God!) I came to collect it and it looked perfect and she even let me borrow a longer protector bag as the one I brought wasn't long enough. Overall great service and I would go back if I need anything professionally steamed or ironed!

The owner has always been very helpful and friendly with my requests when I have been in store. Excellent customer service, and very good attention to detail with good knowledge of fashion.

I needed to alter 2x3pc suits altered going down a few sizes. Tincce did a terrific job and I will definitely use again.
