Nationwide Building Society

Been to this branch today to get my address change sorted along with some other queries. Attended by staff member, Loraine Wright and she was very helpful and had literally spent time on explaining me all the benifits and hidden points in about handling a credit card, home insurance and a few other services. Been using this as my primary account from last two years.Unfortunately apart from Eastham London branch, I always received a professional and superb service from all the Nation wide bank branches I visited. Wish you a very best Nation Wide Team.

I recently closed my account. The girl behind the counter was very nice compared to the one who came and handed me my money over in the seating area in the special corner inside the bank.I have noticed they don't smile or just don't wanna be there and will look at people very funnily without saying a word.Anyone can just push in whenever they feel like. Not much privacy when dealing such important matters as money etc when there is loads of people standing over your shoulder close by. Where is the confidentiality in this place???The place has a modern feel to it, but NOT very welcoming.

So far the best branch of nationwide. Very nice staff very helpful. They go the extra mile for the best customer service. Never had a problem with this branch. Always good mannered staff. Machines working perfect. Very fast service in regards to replying in emails or at the cashier service support. Best mortage consultants at this branch with excellent customer service.

An excellent branch, super service with fantastic staff, highly recommended, always busy but the staff are always professional, served by Jay who was fantastic and helped me with an urgent matter

There are just some nice people out there. The branch at 21 High St, Birmingham, City Centre was due to close @ 4.30pm, I got there bang on but the door had already been locked, I had to transfer money urgently into a friends account who was abroad and had run out of money. The branch manager Simon Rutter saw me at the door looking pitiful and he let me in, he didn't have to and I am sure the staff want to head home after a busy day. Really appreciated it Sir and special thanks also come all the way from my friend on holiday in Jamaica too. You are today's star 100%

My wife and I had an appointment with Harji last week. We found her to be extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She was very patient and courteous, and helped us in choosing the right product for our needs. Overall, a very good experience and would highly recommend Nationwide and specifically Harji.
