Went in to pick out some tiles for our new home and encountered a guy named Karl who was rude and had a 'can't be bothered' attitude. On occassions he was ignorant and we felt like we were being pushed out of the door. Not a great service at all and a poor experience.

Can't fault them. Very friendly and extremely helpful. They took back tiles that had been ordered online over a month ago, for a full refund, because we changed our minds.

The success of a business is the people who work in the business. I visited this morning to simply buy a box of white tiles. The service was first class. I was personally shown to the tiles. The box of tiles were carried to the check out and once paid for carried to my car. Well done guys first class service. Thank you

I visited the Southampton branch today.Darren was an absolute gem,very patient,knowledgeable and really helpful.Hanah and Darren were so lovely,they worked out how many tiles i should buy and are a credit to Topps tiles.Can't recommend them highly enough.Darren took my tiles out to my car for me and put them in the boot.

I cant rate the Millbrook store highly enough. They have been absolutely brilliant in assisting me with my kitchen renovation. Helpful every step of the way & offering great advice. I have a beautiful new kitchen floor & the walls are next. I'm extremely happy with the quality of the products & the service I have received. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Dreadful customer service in store - by any standards! Highly unreliable; delivery promises not met - over a week late. And the icing on the cake was that they delivered broken boxes and a mixed batch (having stressed to us the importance of making sure the tiles were all of the same batch)!!! Finally, the last insult was when the tiler opened one box to find the tiles had previously been used (ie had tile cement on the contact side)....
