Well what can I say .I chose Peter mulcahy estate agents as Chris Barker was very keen and told me firmly this house will sell and within weeks it sold but then took 10 months to actually go through..but through no fault of my estate agent it was problems with the buyer .but Chris was on hand every day throughout the ups and downs and even took our house home with him in his private time and Fort for us every step of the way and never gave up I highly recommend Peter Mulcahy if anyone is selling there house .And a special thanks to Chris Barker thankyou for everything you have done ..from me Janet and my family..Take care ChrisPatrick & janet

We dealt with a lot of estate agents to try to buy a house in Cardiff over about an 8 month period, seeing up to 20 properties. Some agents were mediocre and a lot of them were absolutely terrible, treating the client appaulingly. We nearly gave up, but then we got in touch with Chris Barker at Peter Mulcahy and it was a breath of fresh air. A very respectful, good old-school estate agent who knows his clients and put the extra effort in to listening to what we liked and very soon found us a lovely home. We would go back to them again.
