I called requesting quote for removal of old hot water cylinder and replacement with unvented (pressurised) system, so not a £50 job. My wife and I have limited availability in the day so were requesting a quotation visit after 4:30 weekdays or at the weekend - on stating this time limitation, CW Goodheart declined to quote/visit stating I don't think we'll be able to help"."

Simon attended from Goodheart and provided an outstanding analysis and repair in 35mins!!We have been without a functioning boiler for 7 months, believing a previous estimation by another Heating Company that the boiler needed replacing due to gas leakage.After attending for 5 minutes and asking a few questions as to the problem - Simon was certain he knew where the fault was..Great work - Great Engineer and Great service! This is the third time using Goodheart since moving into the area 14 months ago, the first two jobs were just the annual boiler service and installing an outside tap, both of which were great. This last job was five days replacing all our radiators with new ones in different locations, involving a lot of plumbing work in a 15th century home. Wayne, Finn & Justin were brilliant and did a really fantastic job.

I used to get a good service but not anymore. Yesterday, Tuesday, we were left with 3 sets of taps that dribble so even cleaning your teeth is a problem. Either the chap didn’t test them before he left or did test them and didn’t mention it to me which is worse of course. They also took the sink plugs thinking they were not needed I guess (which they wouldn’t have been had they finished the job by replacing the sinkhole) so I cannot even let the dribble run for 10 minutes to fill the sink. When we called today they said they cannot do anything until Friday. They suggested the problem was our taps. Back in October they had been the ones to recommend we go and get “any tap from a reputable supplier” and then they would come back and fit them. I won’t be using this company again.

Did a service on our boiler. Was on-time and cleaned the main boiler and flue very thoroughly. Receipt and certification arrived very quickly as well.

Don't rate this company,They have left us with no heaing and with a little one in the house ,On Friday they messed about with our boiler and left the house with out saying what they have done and don't even know when there coming back to fix it as the don't work on weekendsApparently it's a part issue ??I have reported them to our health visitor and the environment health
