Very untrustworthy & abusive organisation, asking inappropriate & offensive questions. This is supposed to be a listening service. I would not recommend these people to anyone. They make you ten times feel worse! The service is an absolute joke.

A joke sat crying needed help and couldnt be bothered took 10 mis to answer the phone toldme to call 999 who wouldnt even think of comming out

Do not phone these people. They are not helpful just awful to say the least. They did not help me at all, just made things worse because now I know I can never turn to anyone for help the trust has gone. Hang your heads in shame Samaritans.
