An excellent Van Hire company. The staff and management are extremely helpful and friendly. They manage to follow all of the processes correctly and to the letter, whilst also making the hire a smooth down to earth experience, so that you aren't held up waiting around at any point. Vehicles are smart and obviously well maintained. We have used this company on a number of occasions and will continue to do so. Would recommend every time.

I have used this company 3 times now in past couple of yrs. All have been last minute booking. The service has been spot on and the staff are brilliant. Would highly recommend this company :)

Really good experience. Very good rate, no hassle. Polite, helpful staff and very clean van. Just hired for 24hours. I can't recommend them more highly. Will go back without hesitation.

I am having the worst experience with this company.I have had 3-4 quotes all ranging from 800 to 3200 from this company. I have filled out 3 forms of items and every time they change the quote, which yes I know is normal. However, my price most recently went from 2500 to over 3000 dollars.After agreeing on a price of 2500, it now has changed to over 3000 and THEN I am now asked to or a 3% processing fee on top of my price! I was NOT made aware of this and I am so beyond frustrated with this company. I truly feel like they are taking advantage of me and just trying to up the price every chance they can.I asked this company to re-weigh my items to verify the price and weight and convieniently my items was already “on route”. I was shocked on how much they were charging me and were not willing to re-weigh my items.I will never ever reccomend this company to anyone, please go with any other company other than this one. It will be worth the headache and money.

Do not use these people, completely unprofessional, bad attitude, swearing. Told to return at 9am. Returned at 9am only to be told should have been 8am and there will be a charge.Once we got the van it required adblue, so we filled it up only £10, only for them to have a go saying we should have returned it or they would have come out to us!!!Cant wait for the claim for ficticious damage that no doubt follows

Overall good experience with them, fair prices and they were very layed back, they took a video and photos before van was taken to avoid any accusations when the van came back and were clear that the tank was full and should be the same on return, which again made it easy. can't see any reason why not to give 5 stars.

Sorted me a Luton van with 20 minutes notice, really nice guys, great price and really good service. Will use again, Cheers

I can’t say anything about renting van through them as i phoned up on Friday around 10 - 11 am to rent a Luton van , had been told to phone up Monday as they are short of staff etc. So phoned on Monday at 10am to hear that I’ve just booked last Luton for date You want . Short of staff let You answer the phone but don’t let You pre book something and than on Monday it’s not available. I can’t rate vans and all of process of renting a van but customer service is unprofessionalEdit to answer owner :I’ve been told to call at the morning not at 8 am , on Friday I’ve spoke with employee of Yours that’s listen about dates and times of booking and probably could just make the note of me as a customer who said that will come back on Monday as I was decided to rent it and pay upfront on Friday . I’ve understood fact of shortage in staff but when You told me today about all vans are gone it’s a slightly harsh situation as well don’t You think ??.Unprofessional it’s not about Your vans or company or the sevice You provide it’s only about customer treatment as described above , there was lots of potential solution but You didn’t do simply nothing in this situation .

Had a terrible time with this van hire company. Moving house is stressful enough, but they made it a lot worse. We'd only driven approx 3 miles when the van started smoking and the clutch burnt out. we rang them . two men turned up and immediately started accusing the driver of wrecking their 'brand new van! It wasn't brand new it had 68,000 on the clock. When he protested, they threatened to throw us and our stuff out on the pavement. They took away the replacement van and refused to supply us with another vehicle. they eventually towed us miles to another van rental place. Who were disgusted by their treatment of us. We were unable to rent a vehicle from them. They towed us around Sheffield by a small jeep that kept swerving all over the road,as it wasn't substantial enough for the job. They eventually returned us to their depot, and gave us another van. By now the whole day had gone and all our plans for moving had been disrupted. We moved our stuff the following day, and told them we were on our way back to return the van. When we got there at 5.30 pm ,they'd all gone home,leaving our car locked in their property. They refused to come and open up.We had no choice but to drive the van home and return at 7.45 am the next morning. Where they tried to insist that we put even more fuel in . even though we had filled up the evening before we returned it.A really bad experience. My advice Don't use them.
