Simply Reiki the healing within

I started Reiki in July 2022 I have been suffering with chronic pain for a number of years. I have found the sessions with Jennie wonderful. I have noticed a definite improvement in my pain. But the main benefit for me has been in my general wellbeing. I feel calmer more-relaxed and energised after my treatments, leaving me better equipped to cope with the pain.Jennie is a confident skilled practitioner who puts you at ease straight away. I would highly recommend Reiki to anyone and especially with Jennie.

The Shoden healing course was superb, the tutor is so knowledgeable, approachable and an utmost professional. Great background to the history of Reiki. I attended a Shoden seminar with Jen in April and totally enjoyed the whole experience. It was professionally done with good explanations and I felt free to ask questions at every stage. I was amazed at all I learnt and it has given me a much greater understanding of Reiki and it's history. Good balance of theory and hands on practice. The wonderful Jen borrowed an hour of my life and took it to a place where she softly imbued it with energy and calmness before gently returning it back to me. So this is what relaxation is. Looking forward to returning for my next session.John BFebruary 2020

I was laid on my floor with back pain and couldn't move - it was just too painful. Jen applied hands on reiki to my back for 90 minutes. I felt heat from her hands but the pain continued and I still couldn't move so I stayed where I was when Jen left. About 30 minutes later the pain began to ease and I managed to get up from the floor. An hour later I was moving around much more freely. Now I have weekly Reiki treatments. I can't explain it but I know that Reiki works for me!
