I’ve used this garage a few times now and have recommended them to family and friends. I can’t fault them. Each time they collected my car and returned it as well as gave me frequent updates with photos. They are also reasonably priced and are honest people. I wouldn’t use any one else now .

Jay was recommended by our son, he’d had a great experience, we needed new brake pads on our Mini, we contacted Jay, booked car in, everything was done, Jay was very informative and helpful which gave us confidence. Lastly the price was competitive, would thoroughly recommend The Auto Specialists.

Quick to respond to my initial enquiry and were flexible with the pick up time as I was busy with meetings at work and needed to change it.Victor picked up my car, got my issue resolved and even gave the car a wash prior to returning it. He was polite and kept me up to date with how things were progressing so that I did not need to chase which was ace....and whenever I did call, he answered or called me back promptly.Fantastic customer service - went above and beyond to resolve my issue at a competitive price with little disruption to my day. Apprecaite the fast turnaround and will definetly get in touch should I have any issues in the future.

I had the cambelt service done on my Range Rover Sport, I was getting ridiculous quotes and other garages wanted my car for a few days. The Auto Specialists had it done for me within 1 day! They showed me all the old parts that were changed over. Very happy with the fast, cost effective same day service

The Auto Specialist team were very professional, friendly and trustworthy. They couldn't have been any more helpful with my emergency breakdown in my car. Got me fixed up and on my way in good time. Thanks again guys.

STAY WELL CLEAR. Not only do they treat their customers with disrespect they also mistreat their staff too!Car went in for a full service and came back with a whole loads of damage. They had damage the front tyre. The rear tyre needed new studs - to which they had tighten too tight - to which 'snapped' off whilst I was driving.Once on completion of the extra works, the tyres AGAIN were fixed on too tightly.They did not once take any blame on their lack of service they provided. Pictures and vids were all showed to them but not once did they take any fault.Stay clear of them and the garage they use - AFG auto Watford!!!!!

We contacted Jay at The Auto Specialists a few weeks ago with a serious problem with our car. They came very swiftly to our home and having run some tests, the car was taken away. They kept us fully informed of what the situation was with the car and even sent us pictures of the car safely stored. The car did have a major problem, but they fixed it up and got it back to us swiftly. We cannot recommend this Company enough. The service was seriously impressive and we will never use any other mechanics. It was so refreshing to deal with people who are so professional and on their game. Thanks Jay and everyone else.

Extremely impressed with the service. Everyone I dealt with were extremely knowledgeable, polite and courteous. They picked up my car while I was stuck busy at home with my child.
