Avoid this company! My experience dealing with this agency has been awful from the get go. It took weeks for them to contact me after completing the application and after taking it upon myself to find out the status of my application, they suddenly had a job for me. It was obvious they had completely forgot about my application. Once I arrived at the job site it quickly became clear that the information about the job wasn't truthful and fluffed up to get a body quickly in the job. The training received at the work site was delivered by a young and inexperienced person who constantly reminded us throughout the day he was unsure of what he was supposed to be doing. I was supposed to be handling toxic chemicals yet I hadn't received quality training and the company didn't have enough PPE for all of us so I wasn't given any. The cherry on the cake of this disaster of an experience is that I am still waiting over a month later to be paid for the work, despite chasing it up several times to be told they are looking into it. The last email I sent enquiring about where my pay is I received an email back asking what job I worked at!! Information they have and were supposedly looking in to for over a month.

Kevin at the best connection has been absolutely amazing ! he has really helped me out and changed my life around, couldn’t be anymore grateful. Really Help me out so much when I really needed it. Honestly couldn’t recommend him enough

Great agency to go through, I have had 2 jobs from the best connection both through Kevin, tried many agencies and got no where but Kevin at the best connection has on 2 occasions found me work and had me in the job the next day and even gave me a lift there and a nice pair of boots. And with the second occasion turning into full time work. Both workplaces he got me in were great places to work with really good rates of pay and sociable hours. I still keep in touch with Kevin if I ever need any help.12/10 would recommend to anyone who needs any type of work. 5 Stars all day long.
