A great experience, fantastic to hear about regenerative techniques and working with nature to create beautiful produce. The vineyard tour was very interesting and informative, we loved hearing about their innovative work. The tapas was incredibly tasty, vibrant and fresh, would certainly recommend to all. Tour, tasting and tapas: we loved this.We took friends visiting us and joined visitors to the area from USA.Paul and Jemma are excellent hosts, such a relaxed atmosphere. Really informative tour of the vineyard explaining Hebron's unique approach, followed by a really fun and innovative tasting experience. Jemma's food is incredible and the wine was fantastic. Nothing stuffy here!Lovely place, people and food and absolutely no pressure to buy. Failed to take any photos until the end! DOH!

Had a wonderful stay here with friends. Beautiful converted barn and gardens and amazing views. Gemma and Paul were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Was fascinating to tour the vineyard and learn all about it. We had wonderful sunshine as well!

An incredibly informative tour of the vineyards with amazing views, followed by some superb wine tasting (We had to buy some) accompanied by superb tasting tapas (plenty of!). Recommended to anyone who drinks wine as it's quite an eye opener to the world of good winery.

Hebron Vineyard with Accommodation
Well the weather is pretty grim, but it didn’t stop us having a wonderful few hours visiting Hebron Vineyard. So interesting to hear from Paul how they are growing vines in a natural way with complete respect for and in harmony with their environment. We tasted their delicious red and white wine enhanced by amazing tapas made by Jemma. Lovely place, beautiful people. Highly recommend a visit.

Jemma from Hebron Vineyard private catered for us at Fforest in Cardigan and both her food and service were absolutely amazing. We had a middle eastern feast which was delicious and very varied and unique. Every single member of the family loved it and we would not hesitate to recommend her!

What a wonderful, unique experience this is. Jemma and Paul have such an interesting backstory, and they are producing wine in a way that isn't being done anywhere else. The wine is fantastic, you can't quite believe it's made in this country, the food absolutely delicious and the setting is gorgeous. Thoroughly recommend.

We visited the vineyard for the tasting and tapas and it didn’t disappoint! It definitely exceeded our expectations. The tour of the vineyard was great and very interesting. The food was incredible and there were great vegan options too! The wine was also amazing and great paired with the tapas. Paul and Jemma were amazing hosts, thank you!
