Whilst waiting on my food the girl picks up the phone, with the pizza dough still in hand. Kinda disgusting if you ask me.Her coworkers just stood there and watched. Also playing fairly vulger music and something I don't want to hear when I'm waiting for my food.Very dissapointed in both the hygiene, attitude and atmosphere of the store.

Went in on night of 22/08/23. Fat lad looked absolutely STONED out of his head. Couldn’t even hold a conversation properly. Ordered a pizza, waited 45 minutes, turned out he was that STONED he completely forgot about it. I l kicked off, the younger lad with the ginger hair (bless him) gave me a refund straight away.Absolute embarrassment this!!! Out his brains for all to see

Staff were very friendly after a night out, made us feel very welcome and safe. Would highly recommend after a night out, to quote a friend, “it’s domino’s but better!”

Bully boy manager with small man syndrome has a seriously bad attitude and zero customer service skills. Likes to overcharge over the menu price when he feels like it and then accuse you of getting lippy when he's called out on it. I wonder if head office knows his wee scheme, ripping off customers (don't worry they soon will). Worked in customer service for 20 years and never experienced rudeness or arrogance like it. Would probably be better if he wasn't in a customer facing environment. No surprise this place is struggling. Pizza is below average

I wanted to order a selection of pizzas for a work lunch meeting today, was greeted by a very welcoming and helpful guy called Stephen. He went out of his way to assist and discussed deals that were available with pizzas and sides. Order was easy to make and I decided to pick up my order. It was all ready and piping hot when I arrived. Was even assisted with carrying it to the car. Stephen was extremely pleasant and helpful and stuck to his word saying the order would be ready at 12. I would highly recommend Lisburn Road Four Star Pizza and Stephen deserves a big pat on the back for his fabulous customer service. Thanks and we will be back.

I love the place deffo best pizza place in my opinion, staff have always been lovely and do there best to try solve any issues also love the reward points so if you do binge a little on it you can save them up and it takes some pennies off the order one thing I miss though is the tobacco onions they used to do, that with chicken was divine

I never leave reviews but I must say my experience was just out of this world! I was welcomed in and treated to the nicest pizza I’ve had in years. If I was to recommend anything I would recommend the peppers and bacon on a barbecue base as I haven’t stopped ordering them since my first one, great experience couldn’t recommend more.

I really wanted a pizza, checked opening hours on a Saturday night, thought greaT, open till 3, go to the store at 1:40 and it’s closed, shutters down etc. I know staff need home etc I really do, but please update opening hours when necessary :(

I had food delivered today and it was freezing. But after a phone call from Stephen in the shop, he sorted it out and I was happy with the service. I do like four star and prefer it to dominoes. We order online but mostly go up into the shop and get food
