Ordered an O'Neill wetsuit online on 12 Sept and paid £89.50. Informed on 14 Sept that it was out of stock so we replied to request a refund. 21 Sept we chased by email for update on refund - no reply. 3 Oct called (no one answered) and emailed and still waiting on refund. Will have to notify bank of charge back next.

An Absolute brilliant little shop with a wide range of water sport equipment to choose from . Very experienced staff who went the extra mile to help me and my wife find the best fitting wet suits which was very well designed and was very good quality that I’d recommend to anyone .I highly recommend this shop and brand .

Still waiting for refund on a exchanged bag , sick of calling either the shop or the warehouse , you have my details feel free to call me and sort it out , no rush as it’s only been going on since Father’s Day !!!1 year later and still no reply , and no use calling the warehouse like I keep getting told to…. Will call into shop in August

A fab Surf Shack with a long history at Perranporth, family run and very knowledgable about the products and surfing, I buy our IGLU wetsuits and accessories here instead of online beforehand and they have a great trade-in scheme.

I recently shopped with Piran Surf online having searched for a pair of wetsuit boots. As a winter swimmer, I needed something sturdier than the neoprene socks I've been using, so decided some surf boots would be a better choice.I love bright colours and didn't want something bland and boring, but have found it really difficult to find anything that wasn't just plain black. I found a brilliant pair of boots with a bright and funky floral pattern on them that looked perfect.They were delivered quickly and the boots fit perfectly and are great quality too.I'd definitely recommend Piran Surf!

Could do with a bit more organisation inside but a good shop nonetheless, surf boards are really good quality but cheap in a good way. Excellent value for money!Worth a visit to see what you could pick up!

Amazing service, turned around a wetsuit delivery over the Christmas period in 24hrs. Phoned-up directly to confirm the correct address to ensure this reached me in time.Definitely will use again and very competitive on price too!
