Great haircuts and very reasonably priced. We were a little unsure of exactly what we wanted but Mena advised and cut superbly. Very pleased with the results and our smelt lovely.

They did my hair and make it was the so good

I went to Crystal Hair Design upon the recommendation of someone. The head stylist is somewhat questionable.... My appointment was at 11am, and she did not serve me until an hour later. I took my mum with me, who was supposed to have her hair cut whilst I was waiting for my colour to develop. The stylist had some of her family members who were waiting to have a haircut. My mum waited for several hours and finally was served close to 4pm. I had gone in for a balayage and all I got was some slightly lighter strands in my hair...Although we'd wasted an entire day, I wasn't too annoyed as both my mum's hair and mine looked good when we left. However, a couple of months later, my mum arranged an appointment for a blow dry. She was 15 mins late and the head stylist had given her appointment away. Extremely rude in my opinion, considering we'd waited some 5 hours before!!!Generally very unprofessional and very overpriced, considering the aesthetic.. I'd avoid at all costs!

Absolutely love this salon. Every one so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.
