I recently purchased two hedges that have been a disappointment. Firstly, the frame was badly bent, which meant that the hedge wouldnt stand up properly. Additionally, the covering was loose (not enough cable ties?) and not securely attached to the frame, giving it a flimsy appearance. The leaves were also falling off the hedge out the box, which made it look sparse and unkempt.To make matters worse, the hedge was not as described on the website. It was supposed to be one solid piece, but it actually came in two separate sections that were different sizes, making it difficult to assemble properly. This was not mentioned in the product description and was misleading.Lastly, the hedge emitted a terrible unpleasant odor. This smell was so strong that it was uncomfortable to be around. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my purchase and would not recommend. I requested a refund, but unfortunately, the seller refused to provide one.Thanks to PayPal they kindly paid for return postage as the seller also refused this even though the item was faulty/damaged.bad customer service! avoid!!

Great service and comms considering the issues with supply chain through the pandemic. Artificial hedge and living wall panel quality is second to none. Great value and would definitely recommend.

Ordered a bespoke size and had excellent communication it was sent in 2 pieces so easy to attach together and hang, easy to fix and very full of plants not sparse like others I’ve seen. Very happy.
