What i can i say!!! I was told 'yes we can do your request' , then go back to fetch my order and well......absolutely disappointed, horrendous workmanship! Had work done before and no problem but this time....shoddy! Charged full price even though i pointed out issues with the paint finish!I'm going to have to pay again to get this sorted out!

I have marked Blackpole powder coating as not professional for a reason! I started having powder coating done by this company many years ago on motorcycle restorations, they are part of Redditch powder coating or Washford as they are known who deal in a lot of bike restoration powder coating, I dropped off a box of parts including brake plate sub frames fork legs and 2 wheels on 4th June, I was told a week, I rang on 21st to see how it was going? told doing that day great, then later that day had a call to say my newly bored cylinders by Grampion had been blasted inside & out and the inside was now in a blasted state, I visited to collect and pay and true they had blasted my RD350LC cylinders on the inside! I will be seeking through the courts for their neglect, me now having to send away again for a further rebore and pistons the cost as this is incompetence within a finishing company! please use this company is you want your bench re-finished but do not send anything auto/bike related they do not have competent staff.

After three phone calls, one email with requested photos attached and still a week later no quote received, I decided to visit in person. Having explained my problem with the lack of a response I politely asked whether they wanted to do the job or not, I was abruptly told no they didn't and the lady I was speaking to simply walked away.I cannot comment on the standard of their work for obvious reasons ,however their customer service is appalling, to respond to a genuine enquiry with total disinterest and complete rudeness is unacceptable.It begs the question is this how they would respond to any problems after you'd paid your money?

Fantastic service, even resprayed for me as I wasn't too keen on the colour I had chosen originally. Jo was really helpful and made me feel confident to change the colour. No extra charge and I am really pleased with the results and great service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Used both personally for alloy wheels and professionally at work and cant fault them. Guys are always helpful as is Jo.

Contacted Blackpole powder coating and was happy with the quote, seemed very reasonable so had some garden furniture collected and shot blasted and powder coated in dark grey. Absolutely thrilled will the result, and delivered by helpful driver called Dan I think who carried it all around into my garden. Would highly recommend this company.

Took a vintage motorcycle frame in for shot blasting and powder coating really pleased of the service and quality of workmanship highly recommend
