great service very friendly and well treated

Hey I know I may just be young but I am furious and so is my mum, I was just here not long ago to get teeth out I was here once before 2 weeks ago to get the same thing just to be told that I need a dentist not a hygienist which is what they gave me. I am not happy at all, I get braces in December and I need my teeth out before then. I have been waiting for braces for 3 years now and I am not letting my appointment get pushed back. Not to mention that the staff were rude and said “our other patients were able to get a appointment in Aberdeen so surely you could go there” I get that we don’t have a dentist anymore because we got kicked off the register that’s fine we are trying to find a new one but this appointment was made when we had a dentist. The receptionists were kind and professional but surely you would remember from only 2 weeks ago I don’t have a dentist so why call me back in just to say the same thing again. Waste of my time, I could have been in school but I have now missed multiple Friday afternoons because of this messing around.

Receptionists are very nice and professional, and that's all for good things.During the last 8 months I had around 15 appointments here.I made it for 2 of them, the rest was cancelled.Half of them was cancelled last minute.2 of them were cancelled without even letting me know, because I had other appointments at later dates.Once they promised to call me back with new date and I had to remind them about myself after 4 weeks of waiting.Waiting times are ridiculous.Plus, dentist was visibly unhappy with me, daring not to come for such a long time, rolling eyes etc - until she was informed none of the cancellation was my fault.

I have had the same dentist ..Mr Firth for last 20 odd years and is brilliant. Very professional and knowledgeable, easy to talk and his assistant sets you at ease. So visits are as comfortable as can be. His loyalty to the NHS is to be commended..

The dentist I saw was very friendly and competent, but I don't think I'll be seeing her again as I've been told to look elsewhere for a dentist

Excellent service. All staff are friendly, helpful and professional. My dentist, Rachel, is a most competent practitioner, very skilled and experienced. Everything is well explained. Highly recommend this dental practice.
